General entry is free. There will be paid events during the day and some evenings which require a ticket. Please note this may limit the space inside the Christmas Lounge for some periods of time, when seating may only be available outdoors, including limited covered outdoor seating. Buy tickets here.

Weekdays 1pm – 7pm, weekends 10:30am – 7pm. We'll be closing early at 5:30pm on Sunday 29 November only, due to the Tonbridge High Street Christmas Light Switch-On that evening. See the full Plan Your Visit page for details.

Our Father Christmas Grotto. Each family has a private visit with Father Christmas, children write a letter in the North Pole Post Room, and every paying child receives a gift. Professional photos are available to buy. See dates and prices.

£15 per child plus booking fee, booked as one family ticket for 1 to 6 children. Babies under 12 months go free with a paying older sibling. Book here.

You book a 15-minute arrival window, shared by up to three families. Please arrive about 5 minutes early. Children write their letter while they wait, then each family meets Father Christmas privately, in order of arrival.

We can't guarantee entry if you miss your arrival window, and booked times can't be changed. Please allow time for travel and parking.

Yes, temporary toilets, including accessible toilets, will be located on site.

Most areas have step-free access, including the Christmas Lounge, and there are accessible toilets on site. As the Fest takes place in the grounds of a historic castle, some paths are uneven or sloped and can be slippery in wet or icy weather. If you have specific access needs, email events@saulyevents.co.uk before your visit and we'll help you plan.

Yes, all of our bars and food outlets will be taking cash. Market traders may only accept card payments, and methods can vary between stalls.

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor Market areas on a short lead. They cannot come into the Christmas Lounge or to any ticketed event, including shows, workshops, meet & greets and evening events. Registered assistance dogs are welcome throughout.

Yes, although you will not be permitted to bring your own food and drink into the Christmas Lounge. Food purchased on site may be brought into the Christmas Lounge for consumption.

The Christmas Lounge is inside, but all other areas of the event are outside — you are welcome to bring an umbrella. Seating inside the Christmas Lounge may not always be available while ticketed events are running. When it isn't, seating is outdoors, including a limited amount of covered outdoor seating.

The Fest is an outdoor event and smoking is permitted in outdoor areas — please be considerate towards other visitors. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Christmas Lounge.

Drones are not permitted anywhere on site without prior written permission from the organiser.

Absolutely — we love seeing your photos. Tag @tonbridgechristmasfest so we can share them too. In The Christmas Cabin, we ask you to keep phones away and let our photographers capture the moment.
