Visiting the Fest
What is the location of Tonbridge Christmas Fest?
Tonbridge Castle, Tonbridge, TN9 1BG. See Getting There for travel and parking.
Do I need a ticket?
General entry is free. There will be paid events during the day and some evenings which require a ticket. Please note this may limit the space inside the Christmas Lounge for some periods of time. Buy tickets here.
When is the event?
Weekend 1: 27 – 29 November · Weekend 2: 3 – 6 December · Weekend 3: 10 – 13 December.
What are the opening times?
Weekdays 1pm – 7pm, weekends 10:30am – 7pm. We'll be closing early at 5:30pm on Sunday 29 November only, due to the Tonbridge High Street Christmas Light Switch-On that evening. See the full Plan Your Visit page for details.
Is there a last entry time?
No, for general admission. Paid events will have a last entry time — please see specific event details for entry times.
How do I get to the Fest, and is there parking?
See our Getting There section for train, bus, cycling and parking details, including the nearest car parks to Tonbridge Castle.
Will there be any entertainment?
Yes — a full schedule of the entertainment can be found on our What's On page.
How can I apply to trade at Tonbridge Christmas Fest?

Are there toilets?
Yes, temporary toilets will be located on site.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, all areas of the event are accessible.
Do you take cash?
Yes, all of our bars and food outlets will be taking cash.
Do you allow animals?
Animals are permitted outside but not inside the Christmas Lounge, unless a registered assistance dog.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, although you will not be permitted to bring your own food and drink into the Christmas Lounge. Food purchased on site may be brought into the Christmas Lounge for consumption.
Is the market covered if it's raining?
The Christmas Lounge is inside, but all other areas of the event are outside — you are welcome to bring an umbrella.
Is smoking or vaping permitted?
The Fest is an outdoor event and smoking is permitted in outdoor areas — please be considerate towards other visitors. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Christmas Lounge.
Are drones allowed?
Drones are not permitted anywhere on site without prior written permission from the organiser.
Can I take photos and share them on social media?
Absolutely — we love seeing your photos. Tag @tonbridgechristmasfest so we can share them too.
Who do I contact about lost property?
Email info@tonbridgechristmasfest.co.uk with a description of the item and roughly when and where you were on site, and we'll do our best to help.
