Our event day line is answered by the duty manager on site, from the moment set-up begins right through to pack-down. Please use it for anything urgent while the Fest is open — including if you live nearby and something about the event is causing a problem for you.

We're proud that the Fest takes place in the heart of Tonbridge, and we want these three weekends to be good ones for everyone — including our neighbours. Sound and lighting levels are monitored throughout. If something about the event is causing a problem where you are, please call the event day line on 07391 043108 and speak to the duty manager. We'll do what we can to put it right while the event is still running.
🦺 On site
Our stewards, security and welfare teams wear high-visibility clothing and can be found throughout the site. They can help with first aid, accessibility, lost property and anything else while you're here. If you become separated from your child, go straight to the nearest member of staff — see our lost child procedure.
