This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies, and it doesn't store any information you submit — there's no database behind it.

The Contact page form opens your own email client with your message pre-filled; when you send it, it goes directly to our inbox as a normal email, the same as if you'd emailed us directly. We don't see or store anything until you choose to hit send.

A few pages embed content from other services, which may set their own cookies or collect data under their own privacy policies, not ours:

• Google Maps — embedded on the Visit and Contact pages to show the venue location.
• Instagram — our social feed may be embedded via a third-party widget (SnapWidget) to show recent posts.

We don't control what these services do with data collected through their embeds — please refer to Google's and Meta's own privacy policies for details.

If you email us (for general enquiries, trading enquiries, or lost property), we'll use your email address only to respond to you. We don't add anyone to a mailing list without being asked.

Ticketed experiences are booked and paid for through a separate ticketing provider, not through this website directly. That provider will have their own privacy policy governing the information you give them at checkout — you'll see this at the point of booking.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Given this site doesn't store personal data beyond the emails you choose to send us, there's typically very little to ask about — but if you'd like to make a request, email info@tonbridgechristmasfest.co.uk.

If how we handle data changes — for example, if we add analytics, a newsletter signup, or online ticket sales through this site — we'll update this page to reflect it. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
